There’s the occasional statement from Allison Haley. The occasional targeted press release. An occasional visit around the state with a select few in a private gathering. The occasional effort by a staffer to get a national blog to say something.

But what else is there? There’s no coordinated press strategy, outside of dozens of ignored calls from major media outlets. There’s been no effort to develop a rapport with the Kentucky blogosphere and net/nutroots that drive the media (In fact, there’s been a noticed effort of Conway folks working to discredit and undermine nearly everyone). ...."
